Checkpoint Security paper includes:

• "True" watermark that cannot be duplicated.
• Chemical alteration agents throughout the paper.
• Visible fibers throughout front and back.
• Invisible fluorescent fibers in the paper.

Imprint Information:

• All forms can be personalized. Imprint prices included 4 lines of type, plus numbering. All imprinting is in black ink.
  
  Note: Please provide a printed sample or a typed copy showing exact spelling and punctuation.

• All check prices include imprinting of your firm name, address, phone number and firm name in the voucher; second signature line if required; all bank information; MICR encoding and consecutive numbering. All imprinting is in black ink.
  
  Note: Please provide a voided check sample or copy of your current check (deposit slips not accepted). For new checking accounts, provide the "New Account" sheet furnished by your bank showing the MICR Specifications.

Special Feature Upcharges:

• Extra imprint lines (over 4) add $5.00 per line, per order. Available in:
  
  • "Standard" position (Heading Area)
  • Bills of Lading "Commodity Lines".

• Imprint lines "Non-Standard" position (Outside Heading).
  Add $8.50 per line, per order.

• For company logos or match type styles:
  On continuous and/or laser forms and checks original artwork or a clean printed sample is needed. There is a one time $20.00 set up fee per item. No charge for exact repeats.

• Snap-Sets need a "wooden block cut" for printing. If furnished, set up charge is $8.50 per order.
  
  If we need to make a cut, original artwork or a clean printed sample is needed. Cost per cut is $33.50. Cut becomes your property and can be used on future orders for the $8.50 set up fee shown above.

• Additional standard inks are available for a charge of $35.00 per item, per order. Choose from the following PMS inks:
  
  Process Light Blue,
  286 Dark Blue,
  300 Blue,
  185 Bright Red,
  464 Dark Brown,
  347 Dark Green.

• Other PMS inks - add $60.00 per color for non-standard inks.

• Proofs available for $25.00 per order.
